1.Booking and Payment
a. All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit the total of which is agreed upon at booking.
b. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service or delivery of the product.
c. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
2.Booking Amendments and Cancellations
a. Any request to amend or cancel a booking must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
b. Cancellations within 7 days will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
c. Boost Customs reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will provide a suitable alternative date or refund if no alternative date is suitable.
3.Service Issues and Disputes
a. Should any issues arise with the service or product, the customer must notify Boost Customs within 48 hours of completion.
b. We will investigate the issue and, where reasonable, offer a resolution, which may include rectification of the work, a partial refund, or another agreed solution.
c. Boost Customs is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party suppliers or factors beyond our control.
4.Refunds
a. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
b. Full refunds will only be granted if no services or products were delivered.
c. Reasonable exceptions will be made depending on the circumstances, and any refund or resolution will be agreed upon in writing.
5.General Liability
a. Boost Customs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
b. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
